Samantha and Kale are two of the coolest people we've had the pleasure of having in front of our lens. Just look at them! And their super cool apartment overlooks Heinz Field, SAY WHAT? We really loved hanging out with them and getting to know them, this is one wedding we sure our looking forward to next year!
I don’t even know where to start when it comes to Kayleena and Jason’s wedding! They had the most beautiful bohemian inspired, early summer wedding. It was amazing weather and they were surrounded by their loved ones, who thoroughly enjoyed the wedding day.
They chose vibrant colors (which I SO adored), unique details, and just WAIT until you see their reception decor. This wedding was a perfect way to start our summer wedding season. These two are the real deal, laid back, and together for 12 years. What an honor it is to be able to document their union into marriage!

Chloe and Lou, former Youngstown natives came up from Pittsburgh for a weekend and spent a Sunday afternoon with me at Mill Creek Park for their engagement session. I knew that after meeting with them this summer and learning more about them that they would be a couple I just ADORE. And I was right.
They are so kind and such a truly genuine couple. Lou even insisted on carrying around my step stool the entire session, what a guy! Chloe is drop dead gorgeous and her personality matches. I smiled during the entire editing process of their session because it's one that just makes you feel happy. I'm super excited to be their photographer for their wedding this August at The Vineyard's at Pine Lake. I can only imagine all of the love that will take place that day, and I can't wait to document it all for these two.
Take a peek and enjoy this engagement session at the iconic Mill Creek Park Rose Gardens!
I know it's the dead of winter in Ohio, which is exactly why I thought it would be the perfect time to share this warm September wedding with you all! Logan and I road tripped down to Charleston, South Carolina to photograph the beautiful elopement of Cory and Deanna. When they asked us to be their photographer, it was literally a no brainer. They are fun, (and funny), have great hearts, and clearly AMAZING taste when it comes to all things weddings.
Cory and Deanna wanted to have a smaller, intimate celebration of their marriage and it truly couldn't have been more magical. Located at the Magnolia Plantation and Garden's, where it's rooted in rich history, dating all the way back to the 1600's. Magnolia Plantation is known as the oldest public garden and it's a sight you just have to witness with your own eyes.
Logan and I have traveled for weddings in the past and we absolutely love it. Getting out of our comfort zones a little a in a brand new place/venue really stretches our creativity and fuels us as photographers. Magnolia is really any photographers dream venue, and we consider it such an honor and privilege to capture Cory and Deanna's wedding day. I feel like I mention that shooting weddings is an honor in most of my blog posts, I just really mean it. I am so grateful to able to create snapshots of memories made by our incredible couples.

Where to even begin? Last year when Logan and I met with Nick and Martina we knew we would LOVE getting to know these two. They are so in love and you can see it when they are together. They were wonderful to work with during their engagement session last fall, and we felt like friends when it came to their wedding day. In the early stages of planning, Martina explained how she wanted her wedding to look and feel and I totally fell in love with her vision. Seated on 42 acres, Pine Lake Vineyards was the perfect backdrop and venue to host their union. I was so incredibly excited to shoot their wedding here, knowing the endless possibilities for backdrops, it really is a photographers dream!
Then comes the wedding day and it was even more perfect than I could imagine. Everything came together beautifully for these two. I hope they look back on their wedding day photos and are reminded of the love they share and the love they are surrounded with. It truly was an honor being their photographers, and couldn't be happier for them!
Congratulations Martina and Nick!

Erin and Rusty's love story began about 5 years ago at a friends get-together. By the end of the night, they exchanged numbers, went on a date to the movies the following week and the rest is history! Logan and I got to photograph the start of their union a few weeks ago. The ceremony took place at the gorgeous Mill Creek Park Fellows Riverside Rose Gardens in Youngstown, Ohio. Following the ceremony was the reception, held at Drake's Landing. Erin was one of the most joyous brides, you will see just by looking at the images captured of her.
There wedding day was the perfect blend of chic and romance. The colors were simple yet classy, and the weather was ideal. Drake's Landing sits on the most beautiful lake, with wild peacocks roaming freely. We truly enjoyed our day with these two, their families, and just capturing the love shared between them.

These two adore each other and it so so so so apparent from the minute I met them. Greyson and Cindy met in high school and, (this is crazy) they actually had a pretend wedding in the Rose Garden's in Mill Creek Park when we were only 16!
Years later they reconnected, and Greyson proposed on their 3rd anniversary. After dinner they went over to The Maple Heights Mansion where they were staying and there he was, on one knee.. Cindy was in awe!
We are so happy to document their journey into marriage, these two are seriously so genuine and loving. You feel good just being around them.
Here are some highlights from their engagement session!
Today I'm sharing one of our recent engagement sessions! I absolutely adore everything about these two, their location choices, and it's like fall just exploded this last week so I wanted to share it before it's gone! After rain outs and reschedules, we finally got some great weather for Nick and Martina's engagement session! I'm so happy that it worked out this way because we ended up getting that beautiful golden sunlight, and were fully able to deliver Martina's vision for their long awaited engagement session!
We started at the Castle near Western Reserve (I don't actually know the name of it, ha!) and we ended at the Loghurst Museum. We had such a great night with them and getting to know them better! We cannot wait to shoot their wedding next year in the area's new venue The Vineyards at Pine Lake.
Lindsey, equally sweet and beautiful. She was a dream to shoot and was a total natural in front of the camera! We started the session in downtown Youngstown and then made our way to Mill Creek Park to finish up. Lindsey and her mom Erika were so fun, we really enjoyed the entire process! (and those donuts;))
Here are some favorites from Lindsey's senior portrait session!
